Group Fitness Training: Programs

3-D. F.I.T.

Multi-Dimensional Field Intensive Training is a fun, total body workout addressing all the major components of fitness - balance, agility, strength, power and endurance. Although the session is conducted as a group, you can expect your trainer to tailor the workout to you and your workout buddies. Using a local park as our training environment, small groups of up to ten individuals meet weekly for six consecutive weeks.

 

The Complete Circuit

This multi-task workout addresses the major components of fitness in a comprehensive fashion. Due to the design of this unique workout, six to eight individuals of varying fitness levels can participate in the same group session. The program is offered three times per week for six consecutive weeks.

 

The Perpetual Circuit

Like The Complete Circuit, this multi-task workout also addresses the major components of fitness in a comprehensive fashion. The beauty is in the implementation. The Perpetual Circuit will be conducted in 60 - 120 minute blocks of time. Participants can simply jump in at their convenience. If your schedule and fitness level permit a 60 minute workout, go for it. If you€™re tight on time, you have the flexibility to join the group at any time during the session and participate as long as you like.

 

Customized Group Training

Any small group can reserve our 1100 square foot group training room and hire one to two trainers to develop and implement a training program specific to the needs of the group. Husband and wife teams with small children might find it convenient to bring the kids to €œplay€ as they are instructed on their programs. Groups of employees might want to share the cost of a One on One personal trainer to create a program just for them. Developing athletes can take advantage of our Youth Athletic Readiness Series.

  • Choose a location (your home, office or our facility)
  • One on One will tailor a thirty or sixty minute group training session to meet your needs
